In this exercise, you'll look at your daily activities and how you want to spend your time. You'll be asked to rate the activities on the meaning and pleasure you get from them. Then you can decide if you want to spend more time, less time, or about the same amount of time on these activities. What did you learn from your week of tracking? In this activity, you'll look at your daily finances and what you spend. You'll write down how you spend  you money each day for a week.  Then you'll rate each item based on the meaning and pleasure you get from it.
